To celebrate the Raptors' 30th anniversary, Access Storage and the Toronto Raptors unveiled the Raptors Legacy Locker – and augmented reality (AR) experience. Using the Raptors app, fans could explore virtual lockers to uncover exclusive prizes like jerseys, tickets, and gift cards. This enabled us to bring the Raptors’ legacy to life by creating a fun and accessible way to engage with anniversary-themed content.

THE PROBLEM

While well-established, Access Storage sought to strengthen its cultural relevance and build a more personal, meaningful connection with younger audiences through the Raptors community.

THE ASK

Position Access Storage as a relevant and trusted brand by driving fan engagement through an interactive digital experience with the Raptors.

CREATIVE INSIGHT

Raptors fans treasure keepsakes and memories that capture the team's legacy, but these mementos often end up hidden away and forgotten.

THE IDEA

The Legacy Locker: An AR experience within the Raptors app that celebrated the team's 30th anniversary by showcasing vintage memorabilia, while repositioning Access Storage as an engaging and community-oriented brand.
